Shipping and Returns

 

Thank you for ordering from the Blunt Chisel Brewery. The brewery offers the following delivery and collection options;

 

Free Local Delivery from the Brewery

 

All orders from the KY4 postcode area will be offered free local delivery as an option on checkout with no minimum spend. Free local delivery will be offered on entering your postcode and checking out. 

 

All orders in the KY1-KY7 and KY11-KY13 postcodes will be offered free local delivery as an option with an £18 minimum spend. Free local delivery will be offered on entering your postcode and checking out. 

The Blunt Chisel Brewery will aim to contact you within 24 hours to arrange a delivery time and date on receipt of your order usually by email or by phone. Deliveries are usually carried out on Saturdays but this can vary with seasonal demand and events. Please order by 6pm on Friday to be delivered on the Saturday of that week.

 

Click and Collect from the Brewery

The checkout process allows the option to click and collect direct from the brewery. All collections however must be made by appointment as the brewery operates variable hours and is not normally open to the public.

Courier shipping with DHL24

All orders are able to be shipped via DHL24 at a cost of £8 per box of 12 beers. Unfortunately this service does not cover the Highland and Islands so the following postcodes will be excluded from checkout.

 

Returns 

You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

 

Return Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non¬refundable.

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within 7 working days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
